About 

Hubei is a landlocked province of the People’s Republic of China and is part of the Central
China region. The name of the province means “north of the lake,” referring to its position
north of Dongting Lake. The provincial capital, Wuhan, serves as a major transportation hub
and the political, cultural, and economic hub of central China.

 Major industries include metallurgy, automobiles, chemicals and construction materials,
foodstuff, machine‐building, textiles, electronics, and ship‐building. Hubei’s abundant
supply of hydroelectricity is conducive to heavy industry, which accounted for about 66% of
the gross value of industrial output in 2019.

Together with the Department of Commerce of Hubei Province, the China Chamber of
Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce, and Animal By-products
(CCCFNA) is organizing a virtual exhibition from the date of July 1st, 2022, to June 30th,
2023.
The online matchmaking will be organized in October 2022. The exact date will be
announced in a short time.
